After graduation from the CISCON basic course, CISCONs receive a competency logbook. It sets out tasks that must be completed to appropriate standards before being eligible for reclassification to Leading Aircraftman. Your competencies are assessed independently by your supervisor.
The majority of jobs in the ADF are available as Full Time positions, many are also available as Part Time or Reserve positions. A select number of jobs are available through the Gap Year program.
