Ways to become a leader

How you train to be an officer at RMC depends largely on your situation. Even with no prior experience or qualifications, you could become a Lieutenant in charge of your own platoon of soldiers. Imagine going from your current life to graduating as a General Service Officer in just 18 months. If you're a qualified professional, your training is even shorter.
