Civil Accreditation

Army is currently undertaking a review of civil accreditation gained through Army training. Consequently, the employment training you receive may contribute to the following:

On completion of the IET course a Combat Engineer is awarded a Certificate III in Civil Construction. Other civil accreditation includes:

Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction and Maintenance) BCC30298: granted to personnel on being assessed as competent as a Sapper.

Certificate IV in Construction Site Supervision: granted to personnel on being assessed as competent as an ARA Corporal.

Diploma of Construction Management: granted to personnel on being assessed as competent as an ARA Sergeant.

Advanced Diploma of Construction Management: granted to personnel on being assessed as competent as an ARA Warrant Officer.
