Education Requirements
Graduate, Graduate (Reserve)
The minimum education and professional standards for consideration for selection and appointment as an Army Public Relations officer are as follows:
Graduates
You must have a tertiary qualification in a communication field (e.g. Organisational Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media) and a minimum of two years relevant work experience in the Organisational/Corporate Communication, Media, Journalism, or Public Relations fields.
Non-Graduates
You must have a minimum of six years relevant work experience in a communication field (e.g. Organisational/Corporate Communication, Media, Journalism, or Public Relations fields).
