Training on deck

Fun at Sea

In the Navy we don't believe in leaving behind all our favourite sporting facilities when we head out to sea, so we bring them with us. Ships and submarines carry the very latest in gym equipment, often with separate weights and cardio rooms. Physical training instructors will often organise group fitness classes on top of ships' flight decks and some ships can even cater for games like deck hockey and seated volleyball.

I love Rugby, Basketball, Swimming... There's heaps of sport you can do here. James, Clearance Diver.
