Lifestyle of Fitness takes a group of six marketing and account managers through various parts of the Army’s Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA), a test that any potential Army recruit has to pass before they can enlist in the Army.
Marko loves adventure! Having travelled much of the world and completed a deployment in East Timor with the Army, he has always kept active. With physical training a key part of his job, he is incredibly fit and loves tackling any extreme sport. He recently swam with sharks.

Our cast are also put through some additional physical training sessions and an obstacle course, which recruits experience during their time at the Army Recruit Training Centre (ARTC) in Kapooka, Wagga Wagga. The result is a highly entertaining and amusing look at what it takes to be fit enough to join the Australian Army.
Tanja has spent a lot of time travelling the world and being active. These days however, busy with a desk job, she finds it more difficult to get out and exercise. A lover of Rod Stewart and soccer, she still finds time for having fun. Since appearing on this DVD, she has joined a gym.
Anthony loves sport and adventure. He's a regular visitor to the gym and plays basketball every week. He's been active his whole life, growing up in Canberra playing a variety of sports. He has recently spent time in New Zealand participating in a number of extreme adventures.
