Your Personal Fitness Program

This program is designed to not only raise your fitness up to Australian Defence Force test standards, but to also improve your general fitness levels, through methods employed by the Australian Army.

Four weeks to fit

The program runs over four weeks and is a mixture of running, walking, bike riding, push-ups and sit-ups, with two rest days per week. There are three different difficulty levels to suit your current fitness level.

Track your results

As part of the program we get you to complete a fitness test every week. By entering your results into this site you can measure your performance as you improve and compare it to other people.

Army Fit

By the end (if you've followed it correctly!) you should be at an adequate fitness level to pass the Army's Physical Fitness Assessment. Basically, you'll be really fit!
