Training to increase your skill base

Officers complete the New Entry Officer Course at the Royal Australian Naval College, while sailors attend the RAN Recruit Training School, learning the basics of Navy life and preparing for time at sea. You'll also be trained in a range of important extra duties, like boarding teams and first aid, increasing your qualifications and adding to the diversity of your job. Learn More
