Graduate, Undergraduate
Dental officers are required to maintain their professional currency through programs of personal study and attendance at continuing professional education courses. Furthermore, integral to the competency-based career structure is sponsored training including Fellowship and Affiliateship to the Australian College of Dental Surgeons, as well as full-time and part-time clinical diplomas.
Very occasionally selected officers may undertake sponsored clinical masters degrees of relevance to Defence.
