Additional Requirements
Graduate (Reserve)
A demonstrated experience in (and knowledge of) implementing adult
learning and/or Vocational and Technical Education (VTE) practices
in the workplace, with evidence of sound analytical, writing and
verbal skills. Teaching or instructional experience will be an
advantage.
An assessment of individual qualifications and experience to determine acceptability for this category will be made by the Category Sponsor, in consultation with the Training Authority prior to appointment.
