Navy is committed to maintaining a competent engineering workforce that meets current best practice requirements of engineering competence. Navy sponsors your membership of the Institution of Engineers, Australia (IEAust) and participation in a Graduate Development Program run in co-operation with IEAust. Through participation in this program, engineers can achieve Chartered Professional Engineer status.
