Training that can take you anywhere

Your first step as a junior officer will be to complete the Initial Officer Course at the Royal Australian Naval College in Jervis Bay. Here you'll learn everything from boat work and small arms, to management and leadership. After this Initial Training, you'll complete specific employment training relevant to your chosen job.
