If you're interested in joining the Navy, Army or Air Force the first step is to call 13 19 01 or submit an application online. You can find out more by arranging an information session, or if you are ready to proceed with your application, select a YOU Session to attend at your nearest Defence Force Recruiting Centre.
ADFA applicants only
If you are a year 11 student you may apply for the ADFA Education Award via the same process detailed above. Please note that applications for the ADFA Education Award close on 31 Dec.
Reserve Information Sessions
You will be required to attend an Information Session conducted at your local Reserve Unit, where you will be able to talk to Reservists about the job roles and opportunities available in the ADF. You can then book in for a testing and assessment day where you will undergo the standard testing and assessment processes.
