Who Will Mentor You

Enjoy the benefits of the Air Force’s established Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mentoring program. You’ll receive guidance and mentoring from current serving ADF members, who will help you as you begin your career. This dedicated program will also continue throughout your time in the Air Force.

Additional Opportunities

Considering a pilot, mission aircrew or mission controller role? The Tertiary Aviation Reimbursement Scheme (TARS) is ideal for female and Indigenous Australians currently studying or who have completed a relevant bachelor's degree in aviation.
